Our Minute Secretary is retiring at the AGM in April this year.  The role  requires attendance at our Committee Meetings, held normally in 10  months of the year, and recording a summary of discussions and  decisions.  The meeting is held in the evening for a maximum of 2  hours. Use of a computer would be helpful, but is not essential.
